The Havemayer School of Business
Havemayer Hall
The flagship school bearing the founder's name — and his competitive spirit. The Havemayer School of Business is consistently ranked among the top undergraduate business programs in the region, producing graduates who enter Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and Fortune 500 boardrooms at a rate that rivals institutions twice its size.
Housed in Havemayer Hall, the newest and most architecturally ambitious building on campus, the school emphasizes experiential learning, real-world consulting projects, and an alumni network that opens doors before students even graduate.
College of Arts & Sciences
Ketter Science Center & Morrison Hall
The intellectual backbone of Havemayer University. The College of Arts & Sciences is the largest school on campus, home to the broadest range of disciplines and the most diverse student body. From molecular biology to medieval literature, this is where foundational thinkers are made.
The college houses both the hard sciences — anchored by the Ketter Science Center and its 24/7 research labs — and the humanities and social sciences in Morrison Hall, where seminar-style classes keep the student-to-faculty ratio intimate.
The Caldwell School of Fine Arts

Where ambition meets artistry. The Caldwell School of Fine Arts is a creative powerhouse — its theater program fills seats every season, its gallery openings are campus social events, and its alumni include working artists, designers, and performers across the industry.
Named for benefactor Margaux Caldwell, the school occupies a space that perpetually smells of paint, sawdust, and coffee. Studios run late, rehearsals run later, and the line between student and artist blurs by sophomore year.
School of Engineering & Applied Sciences
Ketter Science Center & Forge Innovation Lab
Built for those who want to make things work — and make them work better. The School of Engineering shares the Ketter Science Center with Arts & Sciences but claims the Forge Innovation Lab as its own: a dedicated makerspace with robotics bays, 3D printing, and prototype workshops.
HMU's engineering program is younger than its peers but aggressively funded, reflecting the university's founding philosophy that innovation comes from those hungry enough to build it themselves.
The Whitford College of Law & Public Policy
Whitford Hall
Havemayer's pipeline to power. The Whitford College prepares students for law school, public service, and political careers with a curriculum that balances constitutional theory with practical advocacy. Moot court is a blood sport here.
Named for Judge Arthur Whitford, class of 1921 — the first HMU graduate appointed to a federal bench — the college carries a legacy of producing sharp, ambitious legal minds.
School of Health & Kinesiology
Fox Athletic Complex & Maren Health Sciences Building
Where the body meets the books. The School of Health & Kinesiology bridges Havemayer's athletic dominance with academic rigor, producing sports medicine professionals, physical therapists, and public health leaders.
With direct access to the Fox Athletic Complex and Division I training facilities, students gain clinical hours alongside some of the best college athletes in the conference.
